• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider — we never store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address (used for language detection), device, browser.
• Marketing: email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

3. Why we use it

• To process and ship your order (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal duty, Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To prevent fraud and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send marketing where you have opted in (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the store: payment providers, shipping carriers, email/marketing tools and hosting infrastructure. All are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Retention

Order records are kept for 10 years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support tickets are deleted after 24 months.
