Returns

Our policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and the certificate of authenticity included.

How to return

1. Email returns@gallofino.eu with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (EU) or return instructions (rest of world).
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier point.
4. Refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Wrong size or want a different colorway? We ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier — no waiting for the refund cycle.

Non-returnable

Numbered drop pieces marked "Final Sale", gift cards and worn/washed items cannot be returned. Defective items are always covered — reach out and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
