1. Scope

These terms govern every purchase made on gallofino.eu. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products & drops

All items are produced in strictly limited runs. Once a drop is sold out it will not be restocked. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment clears.

4. Shipping

Shipping terms, rates and delivery windows are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. See our Returns page for the procedure. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

6. Warranty

Statutory 2-year conformity warranty applies to all EU consumers. Contact us with photos and your order number if an item arrives faulty.

7. Intellectual property

All brand assets, logos, artwork and photography are the property of Gallo Fino EU and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Gallo Fino EU is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
